I equested an upper level room, upon check in I was told it would cost more and the elevator was not working. Ended up on 1st floor right across from restrooms which had 24hr access, which was very disruptive during night while trying to sleep. Also, the room above mine was Very loud, heavy walking/running from 12-1:45am. The Amenities consisted of 1/2 bottle of shampoo, towels smelling like food and marijuana, and an iron that leaked & did not work. I assumed that this was a newer hotel and would provide and pleasant stay..VERY disappointing!

Room was just okay not an 8 as it was rated. But wear and tear that could have been improved and taken care of and just general cleaning. Mattress was very basic and did not really offer any comfort. Walls had many hand marks and back of the door into the room needed a good wipe down. Bottom of the desk and the desk chair were both absolutely filthy dirty. Would not stay again.

Shower was dirty. Kitchen is unfurnished and there were no supplies we could check out at the front desk because the hotel ran out. You would think a hotel geared toward extended stays would furnish silverware, dishes, cookware, etc. Otherwise why have a burner, microwave, and full-size fridge? Very disappointing. I won’t be back.

Newer clean hotel that had basic amenities which is great if you know. Only had shampoo and breakfast was grab and go stuff. I’d stay again but pack better. Nice hotel for price

Bathroom was not cleaned properly there was a pee stane on the bottom of the toilet. Trash under the bed. The bed was very uncomfortable. We had trouble with our door lock and were locked out of our room .
