Perfect rental
Publié le 1 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayThe house was very clean and the host John was very responsive and easy to work with. It is in a great location near restaurants, stores and a great park. The neighborhood was nice and very walkable with our dog. I would highly recommend this rental.

Scottsdale pool

Home away from home
Publié le 10 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayJohn was a pleasure to work with! We had a small problem with keyless entry. I am sure John will have it repaired before the end of the day.
Neighborhood is quiet. Perfect for us older travelers. House, landscaping were spotless/perfect. We brought our dog and the back yard was perfect for him to play. If John will have us we will be back!

Must Stay!
Publié le 6 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayOk, I’m going to start this by letting all of the readers know that I have extremely high expectations (honestly, unfair for any host renting their place). That being said…
This home surpassed even my own expectations. It was as clean as my own house, fully stocked with condiments, plates, glasses, etc. The bedrooms were spacious and also cozy. The living room was gorgeous and the couch comfortable and clean. I’m placing a lot of emphasis on the clean part because I’ve stayed in places with stained couches, hair in the frig, greasy pillows, etc.
The pool is beautiful with plenty of privacy! They even provide a smart tv off the patio.
The neighborhood is quiet and centrally located. We were never more than a 5 min drive to our favorite Scottsdale locations.
My only regret is not staying longer, but my OCD, anxiety-ridden having a** wouldn’t allow it. I had to get home to panic about things I can’t control. Yay!
John is a super host and I implore you to stay here. We will be back!

Spring in Scottsdale

First time in Arizona!
Publié le 20 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayNice house in a great area back yard is beautiful!! Kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, plenty of blankets pillows and comfy beds! Showers have great water pressure. Huge bathroom closet! There is a new small gate around the pool not shown in the photos no big deal. The house definitely could have been cleaner very dusty in visible places. Oven vent, cabinets, kitchen mainly and bird poop on the patio furniture that had been there for weeks. The house also is very creaky and makes a lot of noise and is pretty loud. Front door is glass with no blinds. Overall great stay 4/5!

Spring break

The house is clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated, has well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms, and it’s in a great location close to hiking, shopping, dining, and pickleball. It has plenty of towels, dishes, and soaps. John was quick to respond with any questions. Our favorite part of this property was the outdoor space. We enjoyed many afternoons lounging in and around the pool and also had a few meals at the table under the umbrella. If we were ever to return to Scottsdale, we’d hope to stay here again for sure.
