I checked out first thing in the morning and requested a refund. They refunded 1 out of 2 nights. That is after requesting that the manager come to the room to see the condition of the room and to see videos of the roaches. Unbelievable

Absolutely loved our vacation over new years. The property is so serene, peaceful and relaxing. The staff is just amazing…everyone is so helpful. The food is good and the pool area was clean. The food at Prado and Crave is great. My wife used Joya spa- which was very expensive but was worth it.
