Nice heated pool. Clean rooms. Plenty of long chairs at the pool. Very good hot breakfast

Excellent. Nice, clean, friendly staff. Nothing to say except there could be more long chairs at the pool. Thank you for everything!

Room Space is great. Amenities around ok. No restaurant in thé hôtel. Noisy hotel, no everyday clearing of the rooms, and Nice breakfast but a big mess because room for breakfast is too small and not people enough to re supply

Not worth the money.

No restaurant inside the hotel and no option to purchase alcohol, unless you wanted to walk across the street to the grocery store. Our rate was $310/night for a very basic hotel experience, not worth the room rate.

Hello Janice, Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your recent stay with us, as we are always receptive and rely on guest feedback. With that being said, we are sorry to hear that your experience did not live up to your expectations. Staybridge Suites, as a whole, do not offer restaurants, and at our property, we do not have a liquor license which would be required to sell alcohol. Nevertheless, the rates are a bit higher this time of year due to the amount of traffic we see from out of town visitors, coming to escape harsh winter conditions and enjoy the sunshine and many local events. Should you come during the summer months, you will see the rates go down, as reflective of the limited amount of travel we get to the desert when temperatures are extreme. With this information, we do hope you will consider giving us another opportunity to serve you again in the future.

Good stay!
Publié le 17 févr. 2024 sur HotelsWe were unable to make it to the hotel on the first night of our booking due to being stranded in a snowstorm in the Payson area. We called the hotel and they were very helpful in doing a "check-in" for us so we wouldn't lose our booking (would have been nice if they had "comped" the room since our absence was not of our doing); we appreciated them giving us that option.

The entire property was kept in new condition, the rooms were clean & well appointed, and beds were comfortable. We relaxed often in the excellent hot tub and heated pool. My family enjoyed the clean, well-planned city, with excellent choices for dining, walkable proximity to grocery, and beautiful mountains surrounding us everywhere we went.
