Cabin Sleeps 34 · Sauna · Hot Tub · 2 Game Rooms

Morning fog lifts off the Smokies while coffee brews for the whole crew. Sweet Escape sits one mile off the Parkway, minutes from Dollywood, and sleeps 34 across three spacious levels built for connection. Days end in the private hot tub under the stars, in the barrel sauna, or in two game rooms stacked with a pool table, arcade classics, foosball, and air hockey. Six king retreats. Flat parking for 6 to 8 cars. Bring everyone and take home the stories.

ABOUT THIS SPACE

Sweet Escape was designed around one idea: big groups should feel together, never crowded.

Two Game Zones, Endless Rematches

Rack up the pool table, face off at foosball and air hockey, and go retro on the classic X-Men arcade cabinet and game console. Life-size games and multiple Smart TVs by the fireplace keep movie nights and tournaments running late.

A Kitchen That Feeds a Crowd

The fully stocked kitchen features granite countertops and everything you need to cook for a crew. Two dining tables plus outdoor seating mean all 34 of you can actually eat together. High-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace keep you connected, and the in-unit washer and dryer keep things fresh on longer stays.

Built for Little Ones

A dedicated children's playroom comes stocked with books, toys, and games, and we provide a high chair, children's dinnerware, and a Pack 'n Play for restful nights.

Upstairs Level (Sleeps 16)

Two King Suites with fireplaces and Jacuzzi tubs (4)

Two Full Bunk Beds with Twin Trundles (10)

Outdoor Living

Rock gently in classic rocking chairs on the private decks, then soak your cares away in the private hot tub beneath the stars. The barrel sauna warms you up on crisp mountain evenings. You also enjoy seasonal access to the community resort swimming pool, open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day, seven days a week except Wednesdays. Visiting in fall or winter? The hot tub, sauna, and game rooms are yours all year long.

LOCATION AND WHAT'S NEARBY

One mile off the Parkway puts everything Pigeon Forge does best minutes from your door.

2 miles to The Island in Pigeon Forge: shops, restaurants, and the Great Smoky Mountain Wheel lit up at twilight

2 miles to Dolly Parton's Stampede Dinner Attraction

3 miles to the Smoky Mountain Alpine Coaster

3 miles to The Old Mill district for hearty Southern breakfasts and artisan shops

5 miles to Dollywood and Dollywood's Splash Country

7 miles to the Titanic Museum Attraction

7 miles to Pirates Voyage Dinner and Show

About 20 minutes to downtown Gatlinburg, SkyLift Park, and Anakeesta

About 30 minutes to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park entrance, with trails, waterfalls, and Cades Cove beyond

Sip moonshine while bluegrass bands jam, browse artisan shops, or ride coasters that make you feel like a kid again.

WHO THIS HOME IS BEST FOR

Multi-generation family reunions. Grandparents settle into wheelchair-friendly main level suites while grandkids claim the bunk rooms, and everyone meets in the middle for dinner at two big tables.

Groups of couples. Six king bedrooms, five of them suites with fireplaces and Jacuzzi tubs, mean nobody draws the short straw. There is no bad room here.

Families with young kids. The playroom, high chair, Pack 'n Play, and kid-friendly game spaces make packing lighter and evenings easier.

Church groups and retreats. Room to gather downstairs and quiet corners to recharge upstairs.

Dollywood-first vacationers. Five miles to the gates means more coaster time and less car time.

GUEST ACCESS

You have the entire cabin to yourselves, all three levels, the decks, the hot tub, and the sauna. Arrival instructions with everything you need are sent after the quick pre-arrival steps are complete. For guests needing accessibility, an easy ramp leads to the main floor, and two wheelchair-friendly king suites on the main level include grab bars in the bathrooms. Resort pool access is seasonal: Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day, seven days a week except Wednesdays.

PARKING

Parking is a breeze. A flat area in front of the cabin and along the side fits 6 to 8 vehicles, including trailers, so bring the whole caravan. No steep mountain driveway to negotiate, and no shuffling cars at midnight. During winter months a 4WD or AWD vehicle is recommended for the surrounding mountain roads.

HOUSE RULES AND GOOD-TO-KNOWS

Pre-Arrival (Quick and Secure): We use Happy Guest for the rental agreement, ID verification, and a $500 security hold, similar to a hotel check-in. Arrival instructions are sent after completion. Refunds aren't possible if these steps are skipped.

Mountain Wildlife: You are in the Smokies, so bears, ladybugs, and other locals may say hello. To keep wildlife safe and your stay enjoyable, all trash must go in the designated bear-proof bins.

Winter Travel: Mountain roads can turn snowy or icy. A vehicle with 4WD or AWD is recommended for your safety.

The mountains are calling, and Sweet Escape is waiting for you.

Amazing stay, perfect location

The cabin is beautiful and very spacious, it had ample room for my entire extended family of 21 guests. We loved the pool table, Jacuzzis, hot tub, foosball table and really beautiful views. Beds were all super comfortable and it was very convenient to get to all the attractions on the strip. We will definitely make this a family tradition to come back and are already making plans to visit next summer! Thank you for an amazing stay!!

Great option for multi family stay

We enjoyed our stay overall. We had 5 families staying together for a family gathering. There was great space to stretch out and not feel we were all on top of each other. We had some issues with getting the hot tub cleaned and running but eventually this was sorted out.

Kitchen was not well equipped for 18 guests, there were no dish towels, molded shower curtains, several lighth bulbs burned out in several bathrooms, 2 broken fireplaces, not any extra sheets or blankets, some bathrooms were missing hand towels and all bathrooms did not have extra towels. There was a water leak in the basement bunk room which made the carpet soaking wet. The photos of this cabin are photoshopped and make this cabin seem huge and isolated.but it is in a neighborhood with other cabins very close by.

Fantastic Family Vacation!

Four of our families came together to hang out and enjoy the nice summer weather in Pigeon Forge. This cabin was perfect for so many guests. Enough space to get away if needed, and plenty of activities and space to still feel right at home. The upstairs loft was PERFECT for the cousins and siblings to hang out, while the adults had a nice hangout space in the downstairs pool table/game area. I would 10/10 stay here again.

Terrible! Underwear found in one of the beds, mouse droppings in the kitchen cabinets, used water bottles in drawers, outdoor furniture so dirty you couldn’t use, hot tub jets not working, very few towels. And the only response from the owner was so sorry not our standard of cleaning. We paid close to 3000 and that was their only response. So terrible. Worst cabin or any rental I have ever had!!!

Christmas fun

The cabin was lovely. It was spacious and accommodated 14 people with plenty of room to spare. We had an issue with one of the bedroom suites, but the owner kept communications open in an effort to get it fixed. The only big issue we had was none of the gas fireplaces put off heat. They are truly for show—which is ok but we had visions of reading by the fire. All around a great cabin.

Family Christmas Trip 2023

There was plenty of space for everyone. On the first night the hot water was not working, however the next morning it was working fine but the water pressure was not good. The TVs were not working for us to watch, even after notifying the property manager, nothing changed. A lot of the outlets were not working. The coffee maker needs replacing. We are coffee lovers..I do believe overall everyone enjoyed the trip

Amazing Family Vacation!!! Gorgeous home

Our vacation here in the Smoky Mountains was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the breathtaking views and the serene atmosphere. The cabin itself was a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern amenities. It was clean, spotless, and we could see the care the owners put into decorating and maintaining the cabin. The location was perfect for us, very close to all the attractions, restaurants, bars, etc. We loved being in a resort community in a central location that didnt feel too secluded. Roads were easy to drive on and didn't have to navigate through steep or challenging roads. The thoughtful touches provided by the host, such as the well-stocked kitchen and helpful local recommendations, added a personal touch to our stay. The cabin was clean, neat, well organized and we felt right at home. We especially enjoyed hanging out by the pool and fooseball tables and it was so nice to relax out on the multiple decks. We couldn't have asked for a more enjoyable vacation, and we're already planning our next trip back!

Had issues but eventually resolved

The set up was perfect for our family and the location convenient for access to places we wanted to go. We had several issues, most pertaining to lack of heat. It was a cold spell and there was no heat in upstairs area. The property manager Adam was very responsive and brought us three space heaters about midnight and maintenance fixed the issue the next day but we had a chilly night. Remotes were without batteries so some fireplaces did not work or put out heat. Some heavy cleaning is needed of the property. All in all we had a good weekend but with the premium price we paid we should have not had any issues.
