Absolute Perfection!
Publié le 1 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayWe have stayed at a few places the last couple of weeks, and let me tell you. This one takes the cake! The view, the rooms, how clean it was- all perfect! We had one issue, i sent the manager a message and it was fixed in a matter of minutes! They were amazing to communicate with. We will definitely recommend this property and be coming back! Thank you for a great stay!

Great place to stay in Pigeon Forge

Beautiful condo close to the heart of pigeon forge

Very close to all the hustle and bustle of pigeon forge parkway but back off the main road enough to enjoy the silence and appreciate the Mountain View’s. The check in process was super easy, the directions they send you via email made it a breeze to locate the condo. Everything was clean, loved they they supply cooking utensils. Would definitely stay there again if ever in the area again!

Needs a deep clean
Publié le 4 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayProperty was good for the price we paid and perfect for our needs. One thing needed… Floors were sticky. It may just be the cleaner they used. Also hot tub was cold water. We didn’t use it I til our last night so there was no need to ask for help with it. But I’m sure if we let them know it would have been fixed promptly. Communication was easy and great.

Thank you so much for choosing to stay with us and thank you for taking the time to leave us a review! I will double check with Housekeeping to ask what cleaner they are using. That is a brand new floor in that unit so we have been trying different ones to see what will work the best. I’ve also Let HOA know about the hot tub. Unfortunately, that is not something that we do control but the HOA in the resort is usually quick to respond! We always hope that our guest will reach out to us during their day if there’s anything wrong and let us know we are only , a quick text away and we want to make sure that you were staying is as perfect as it can be!

Great accomodations at this condo
Publié le 30 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe enjoyed our stay at this lovely, comfortable modern condo which was only minutes away from many restuarants, shops and attractions. It was so peaceful and relaxing here. The views were beautiful from the balcony.

Pigeon Forge Condo
