The City of Pineville is home to the Commonwealth`s own Mountain Laurel Festival, which is held annually Wednesday through Sunday during the week of Memorial Day. Shenanigans is a place where you can play games, eat, and socialize. Also, Pine Mountain State Resort is just minutes away which includes miles of hiking trails. On your way to the State Park you will find a world-class golf course Wasito Winds. The famous Pine Mountain State Resort Amphitheatre concert venue is located within 2-3 minutes as well as the Bell Theatre concert and event venue.

Public transportation is not close but there is a taxi service and you can walk to most places.

Pets are accepted only after talking to the host. Each guest is subject to paying extra pet fees depending on the size and how many. Please message the host before booking.
1. Take out all trash and place in large red receptacle down by the street.

2. Place all used towels and cloths in the washing machine.

3. Place all used/dirty dishes in the dish washer.

4. Coffee and tea are included but please clean coffee filter and leave on the counter to dry.

5. Don’t drink or take the alcohol unless paid for through Airbnb. Please ask for the new prices.

6. Don’t wear shoes in the house.

7. Clean any and all messes and or rubbish.

8. Please message me with any questions or comments, especially if you can`t find something or need help.

9. Extra items like toilet paper etc., if needed, are above the washer and dryer.

If you have pets, please respect the following rules:

Weight Limit: Pets must weigh 50 lbs (22.7 kg) or less.

Types of Pets Allowed: Only dogs and cats are permitted.

Potty Training: All pets must be fully potty trained.

Furniture Restrictions: Pets are not allowed on furniture, including beds and sofas.

Unattended Pets: Pets must not be left unattended in the property unless they are securely crated.

Cleanliness: Please clean up after your pet, including disposing of waste properly.

Communication: Inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet, including details such as breed, size, and any other relevant information.

10. Please view the check in instructions! Use key-less entry system on front door. A key is also provided on a key chain hanging by the door if the battery dies on the lock system.

11. ¡Mi casa es su casa, amigos! Food or drinks (except alcohol) are free to use and please leave food or drinks for the next group.
