Un hôtel confortable et sans prétention

Nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour sa proximité avec l'aéroport et ses tarifs plus que raisonnables et nous avons été satisfaits de notre choix. L'hôtel et la chambre ont un style un peu vieillot, mais tout est propre, fonctionnel et confortable. La chambre est étonnamment bien équipée (micro-ondes, frigo et bureau) ce qui est plutôt rare. La dame de la réception était aimable et très arrangeante vis à vis de nos nombreuses demandes. Beaucoup de restaurants autour accessibles à pied. Le service de navette fonctionne bien et est ponctuel.

Restaurant et centre commercial proches ( accessibles à pied). Personnel toujours disponible et serviable.

It was filthy, floors were not swept or vacuumed. Burn holes all over bedding, weird substances on the dresser and all over the tv remote. When we asked for more towels we were given towels with hair embedded into them. Yes it's cheap, but it was actually disgusting just spend a little more money on a different hotel.

I called prior to booking askibg about the shuttle service. I told the gentleman at the front desk I had to be at tbe Airport by 4am. He assured me, not a problem. When we arrived to check in , I asked the person at the front desk to be sure about the shuttle. They said the service wont start until 4, probably get there 4:30. So we ended up having to stay at the airport. Now trying to figure out how to get my money back

I am sorry, you were not full satisfied with our breakfast choice, we do meet our Brand standard requirement. Our Breakfast Bar consists of 2 kind of breads, Butter, Jelly 2 kinds of Pastries, Coffee, Tea, Milk, 3 Verities of Juices. 2 Types of Cereals, verities of Yogurt, 2 types of Fruit. I regret that we missed the opportunity to make it right. Hope to see you next time, we will do our best to meet your expectations. Thanks.

The staff is helpful in picking us up from the airport at midnight. But the sheets are dirty (there are visible stain marks and hair on the bed) The bed sheets feels itchy when we stayed overnight.

This hotel promlsed a free shuttle from airport to the hotel but did not provide it. It was awful

Dear Valentyna,I am sorry about this, but we do provide shuttle service to and from Pittsburgh International airport from 4:00 AM until 1:00 AM in the night. Only way we could have missed you if your request was out of these service hours. I apologies for the inconvenience.

Save your money , Go somewhere else
