Perfect Mini Vacation
Publié le 5 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayYou really cannot go wrong with this sweet little cottage, perfect size, perfect location, perfect get away. The sand is so powdery soft, the water incredibly clear. Waves are just right, you get the sound but not “beat up” while swimming. If you have little ones this is perfect!
If you’re looking for an action packed area this is not what you are looking for but if you’re looking for quiet and relaxing this IS it. Blissfully relaxing and quiet.
Read the fine print in the ad, there are no cars on the island and is only accessible by water taxi.

Publié le 25 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayIf the house were any closer to the water it would be in the ocean. Lovely, comfortable deck - perfect to watch the waves and sunbathe in the afternoons.
Property Mgr was quite attentive and called to check on us during a thunderstorm.
When trying to figure out the kitchen situation, we were NOT told about the induction cook top surface with 4 burners. This info needs to be added to the description. Makes it much easier for meal planning.

Thank you for your feedback. This direct Gulf front beach home has been repaired since Ian. We have worked hard to make sure your experience is 5 star. However, some materials are still on backorder and hard to find. One of the charming aspects of Little G and Calypso Cottage is that it is off the beaten path, boat only access island. As a result, there is a rustic feeling. We are sorry you didn't find it appealing. We hope you will come back and give it another try. Those sunsets are amazing.
