Excellent stay for price! Only complaint is loud exit doors slamming throughout night/ morning. Would be nice to install quieter closing doors or at least put sign up to give friendly reminder to avoid allowing door to slam shut.

Everything was as it should be clean quiet safe convenient and comfortable beds!! My complaint with every hotel is that they never have enough hooks in the bathroom to hang stuff however this hotel had a little shelf with 3 hooks underneath which was an improvement to my usual experiences.

The hotel was very clean, comfortable & breakfast was adequate. The room was small and lacked storage space. There were no drawers, cupboards or a closet to hang clothes. Another bizarre & non-existent finding was that the entrance doors do not automatically open. One person is forced to hold both doors open so that the other person can enter with suitcases, etc. There was also a safety issue. A grey carpet in the entrance would get stuck under the front door and I saw a few people trip over it. It was both a nuisance and dangerous. When I mentioned this issue to the front desk clerk working at the time, she shrugged me off and seemed indifferent.

The staff was fantastic. They allowed me to check in early so that I was able to attend virtual work meetings. I was on the second floor the tenant above me was stomping on the floor all night. They moved my room immediately. Only thing I saw was not a real breakfast

We have stayed at the Micro Hotel several times to visit my son who attends Plattsburgh. It's clean, recently renovated and convenient to the school. Everything we need in an affordable overnight stay!

Our room was adjacent to the hotel’s laundry room for hotel use. The noise of machine lasted past midnight and started up around 4:00 am. That room should not be used because of the outrageous noise. When we told staff about the noise their response was that they acknowledged the noise and said nothing can be done. I asked why the room was used if the hotel wasn’t full and they had no answer. Their laundry area for guests didn’t provide the ability to purchase laundry soap.
