Bkfast was great! Every day. Just we had some inconvenience like disconnect water for 9 hours, the shower clog little by little til the last day just no drained, the stove never work, the staff was great clean room excellent!

Front desk was friendly and accommodating Bellhop was Courteous! Only issue was getting overcharged on the deck snack bar and it didn’t get fixed, person in charged when extra charges where noted was not available until afternoon, we were to checkout at 11 am and we could not wait

Rooms are clean. A/C works. Close to PDC and Xcaret. We used a vehicle to move around. Basic buffet but worked for our family with two kiddos of 3 and 6 yrs of age. Kitchen area worked well. Overall good experience.

Room was beautiful, comfortable and homie. Beds very comfortable. But the water pressure in the shower was ridiculous! I had to take a quick body shower and wait til we went to next hotel to wash hair.
