Publié le 9 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe love the Plymouth area and wanted a place close to the beach — Jolly Rogers was perfect! A very short walk to the beach, and close to attractions and restaurants. The cottage itself had everything we wanted, was immaculate, and the host was great.

Cozy cottage

Chris was great to work with and so helpful and the special touches and welcome gift were very much appreciated and enjoyed! The place was immaculate and so nicely decorated! We especially loved the outdoor shower, the cute porch and rockers and the cozy gas firepit area! Also loved the shed and amenities provided! The kitchen had everything we needed! Would highly recommend!

Amazing host and property.
Publié le 9 oct. 2022 sur HomeAwayWe just returned from our weekend in Plymouth and it was a wonderful visit. The Jolly Roger was the perfect size for our family of 5. It is the perfect little cottage by the sea. Very close to White Horse Beach and a short drive into town. I don't usually leave a review but when the host goes above and beyond to make your stay excellent it is warranted. Chris had wine, popcorn and goodies waiting when we arrived, he had the simple amenities available (shampoo/conditioner, dishwashing and laundry detergent, waters in the fridge), which made it so much easier considering we were only staying a few days. Thank you for your attention to detail. I also enjoyed hot tea each morning because that was available. I love the bedside lamps- they are all touch and have several USB ports. I went online to order some for the kids on the drive home. The only slight negative was the street was quite busy, which made it loud as we had the windows open at night. Nothing that would deter me from staying again though.

A perfect wedding weekend getaway

Though the remnants of a hurricane kept us inside most of the weekend, the cozy living space and abundance of board games kept us entertained and allowed us to enjoy some family time all together! Chris was an incredible host, super communicative and even left us a little welcome package with something for everyone including our pup! We would love to return to the Jolly Roger!

Wonderful and perfect stay

The beach is a short walk and located to all the sites. Chris is great and eager to help. I especially loved the front porch and back yard- so peaceful.
