"Everything was clean in the room and the staff were nice. Only thing was we couldn’t sleep the past 2 night cause of people next door shouting and banging"

"Everything was amazing from the moment we arrived. Staff was helpful, Beatrice reserved us a wonderful junior Suite as i had advised it was our 20th wedding anniversary. The breakfast area was beautiful, and food was delicious. The lady on tbe Yogurt /cheese counter was really sweet. This was a beautiful and clean hotel and it had lots 9f restaurants near by. The only little thing i wiuld say is tbe breakfast area needs to be slightly bigger as when it was busy for breakfast on sunday , we had to keep walking around to find a table to sit at but despite that we would definitely be coming here to stay again. God Willing. "

"Nice looking hotel but a bit tired in places.good location.the airport bus 100 is about 5 to 10 minutes walk away.. No kettles in the rooms .they do have a almost hot tap in the bar area .I asked for some hot water when the bar was shut but it was quite hard work to get it .the man in the reception wasn't very willing I say customer service was not high on his list of priorities "

"Lovely warm welcome when checking in. Good sized room with all the expected amenities. Complimentary drinks in the room and in the Bar were a nice touch. Excellent location for exploring the Old Town."
