To get into your room you must get by the garage that was full of wood and trash type The way to the building was uncovered, you wil get wet if rains.

I was completely disgusted with the service we received and left the same day. Elevator was broken, dark hallways that felt unsafe. The room was unbearably freezing. We asked for them to adjust it and they came up once, but never fixed the issue. We ended up leaving and going to a different hotel and they refused to refund me. Terrible customer service. Thanks Expedia for making it right with us.

When I arrived at the property, I noticed that the pillowcases did not feel clean, and neither did the bathroom towels. I called to report the issue right away. Later that night, the A/C was set to a cold 68°F. I tried to raise the temperature, but it kept going back to 68°F—it was programmed to stay there. I endured this problem for two nights until I couldn’t take it anymore and went to the lobby to complain. That’s when they told me that they control the thermostat. I also tried to open the balcony door, but it wouldn’t open. This was incredibly frustrating. On top of that, the elevator was out of service. I have photos to prove this. I had three suitcases that I had to carry up the stairs. If you ask me whether I enjoyed my stay, my answer is no. I would like to know in what way you could compensate me. I don’t know about you, but spending $2,000 for four days and not being able to sleep well was extremely upsetting for me.

Easy checkin. I saw reviews about parking, but they give a great explanation where the lots were located and how to validate. Beds were comfy and the room was clean. Located in the central area, walkable to plenty of restaurants, shops and bars.
