Outdoor living
Step outside to the 60-foot oceanfront balcony, the centerpiece of the home. It’s the perfect spot to watch dolphins at play, pelicans in flight, or the sun dipping into the water at day’s end. A newly built beachfront deck provides additional space for lounging, dining, or simply soaking up the sea breeze. Direct beach access makes it easy to collect shells, stroll the shoreline, or take a refreshing swim. For added convenience, beach essentials are included, along with a BBQ grill for outdoor meals.

Spacious gathering spaces
Inside, the open-concept main floor is designed for connection and relaxation. A bright living area with plush seating and a flat-screen TV opens to the balcony, creating a natural flow between indoors and out. The fully equipped kitchen features high-end appliances, granite countertops, a walk-in pantry, and cooking basics. Guests can gather around two dining tables, each seating eight, or enjoy casual bites at the breakfast bar. Whether preparing a family feast or a quick snack, the kitchen is set up to meet every need.

Sleeping arrangements
With five bedrooms across three levels, the home accommodates up to 12 guests comfortably. The third floor offers three ocean-facing bedrooms, each with balcony access and sunrise views. The primary suite includes a king bed and ensuite bath, while two queen rooms share a hallway bath. On the ground floor, a kid-friendly bunkroom with trundles adjoins a media space with a large TV and sectional sofa - ideal for movie nights or gaming. A separate king bedroom on this level opens directly onto the deck.

In addition to beachside recreation, the property offers modern comforts such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, and a dedicated workspace. A bonus room on the main floor provides a quiet corner for reading or remote work. Free parking for up to three vehicles ensures an easy arrival. With private spaces for retreat and open areas for gathering, the home is well suited for family vacations, group getaways, or long-term stays of 28 days or more.
