Clean and all mod cons.

Hi Terri thank you for your review. I am sorry you felt the house was cold. Instructions for adjusting the heating controls were in our handbook that was sent to you and there was a copy in the house. The instructions also mention we can adjust the heating remotely for you have any problems..

Great location near to Poole Quay

Nice location. Quiet surroundings. Wet close to poole centre.
Property was clean. There were 4 of us however only 3 sets of towels.
WiFi connection was very weak.
There is a car parking space in the back courtyard however it is quite small. There was always free parking available outside of the property though.
Would recommend.

Hi I am very sorry that you only had 3 sets of towels, that was my mistake when instructing the cleaners. Had you informed us when we confirmed what towels were being provided, or when you arrived, we would have provided another set. I do not understand why the Wifi signal was weak, I do test this regularly and it is normally fine, 20-30 Mbps. Thank you for staying with us and we look forward to seeing you again. David

Have her Close

To say that we couldn't check in until 3pm for cleani g of property was dissapointing as some aspects of the cleaning left a lot to be desired. The floors to edges were very dirty. Pan drawers etc full of crumbs & hairs. The bathroom cabinet was very unclean as were the glass shelves in the lounge. The bathroom fan broke during our stay & although owner tried to repair it! The bed linen was grey & unwelcoming & self heavily of Febreze. However overall not a bad stay.

I am sorry the guest had difficulty find the house, although details were given in the email. I am also sorry that the house was not up to our normal high standard of cleaning. We do ask our guests to report any issues as soon as possible so we can correct them and no mention of these issues was made apart from the bathroom fan which needed a replacement which was installed as soon as it was delivered.

Great holiday home and location
Publié le 26 juill. 2021 sur HomeAwayWe had a great time, the property was clean and comfortable and the location was perfect for us, a few minutes walk to Poole Quay, the shops, Poole Park and the sea. We stayed during a week of extreme heat and we were so grateful for the back garden, lovely to be able to sit outside and then come back in when the heat got too much!! We didn't use the back garden to park the car, we used the visitor parking spaces and we didn't have any problems, there was always an available space. David was very helpful, we arrived early and were able to occupy the property 2 hours earlier than scheduled, thanks David
