Great place

The location was great and the house was well equipped for our stay including a very convenient kitchen. The host was right on site while we were there and helped with a few things that we needed. The place was cozy and charming and we felt right at home. The only drawback was it was a little close to the road although you couldn't see the road you could hear the road noise. Other than that it was idyllic.

A great place to hang out

The kitchen was well-stocked plus there was a nice variety of seating/gathering areas inside and out. We really loved our time here. Thanks for making our stay so nice!

Great stay

Perfect for Olympic National Park hiking
Publié le 20 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe loved this quaint cottage in a beautiful wooded setting. Beautiful outdoor area with a hiking path in the backyard to a beautiful creek. Many peaceful outdoor seating areas, fire pit, and places to enjoy quiet time. Inside was a quaint cabin decorated to feel homey and comfortable. The location was ideal—close to Port Angeles for groceries and dining as well as close to park entrances and Lake Crescent. Our communication with the host made everything even better. We asked for recommendations for hikes and resorts and got the best suggestions.
The cabin was a huge part of our enjoyment of this vacation.

Olympic oasis

Great little house.
Publié le 18 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe house is a little quirky but we really liked it! It has a great outdoor area to sit and relax. Beds were comfortable! Although we did not cook the kitchen seemed well supplied. Communication was great. Overall great place!

Great location

Very steep stairs to upstairs bedrooms
Publié le 2 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayFantastic location. Rustic home. Need warning about the steep interior steps. The upstairs bedrooms are unavailable to those with mobility problems. One of our group could not do those stairs at all. I have congestive heart failure and would have liked to have known about the steepness of those stairs. Need kitchen towels and some of the pots and pans need to be replaced. Stains on some of the dining room chairs and outdoor furniture was mostly filthy. Finally, need much better signage at the entrance to the property. Since I now know all of this, I would stay here again.

Thank you for your review and feedback, Jann. We definitely will improve our listing's description of the interior stairs and look at replacing/upgrading any needed kitchen items. We have already addressed the signage on the outside and entrance to the property to make the cabin much more visible and identifiable. We are always seeking to improve our guest experience and hope to have the opportunity to host you again.

Family vacation

It is in a great location to get to all the places we wanted to visit in Olympic Park and also close to Port Angeles. We would definitely stay here again
