Good advertising really does make a difference.

I will start by saying, the staff was really pleasant, but there were some issues with the place. First, the hot water heater was out and we were told that it would be fixed, but that never happened. Second, they offer free WiFi and it was very weak, coming in and out during the day and at night not at all. Next, on the website they offered free breakfast but when we got there and asked about it was told they only make breakfast if you request it the day ahead of time. Another false advertisement parking!!! The house sits on a very steep hill and there really is no parking unless you want to block someone in. Also, there is a grill on the front porch that remains locked 24/7, making entrance hard. If you are like most travelers, planning to go out while in Jamaica this may not be the place for you. Like I stated earlier, the staff was pleasant and that made up for some of the other things. It was also really clean and affordable, which was a big reason we chose this place. If I had to make the trip again, I would pay a little bit more and stay at a hotel.
