Wonderful location, the house was clean and well maintained, lovely, even better than the photos. We had plenty of room for 7 people. We enjoyed the hot tub. Outdoor shower made cleaning off after the beach easy. Grandkids enjoyed the swings and outdoor areas. We had a fabulous time. Would DEFINITELY stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The beds were comfortable, kitchen and bathrooms well stocked with essentials, and I really appreciated having access to child-friendly options such as a crib, high chair and children’s books. The property is great for families with kids of all ages. My older kids especially enjoyed the yard and board games!

Great place near the beach

Great home, very close to the beach. Very well stocked with everything you could want. Lots of things (mini golf, horse shoes, swings, and more) to do in case of rain or if you get tired of the beach. Owner was easy to work with and helpful throughout our stay.

Sandy Cheeks is a beautiful and welcoming house. From the moment you walk in you feel at home. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need and the beds are very comfortable. We enjoyed cooking our Valentine’s Day dinner and then playing games at the large kitchen table. Communication with the host was great and he even checked on us to make sure our stay was going okay. Because of the weather, we didn’t get to enjoy the outside amenities but there is something for everyone.I would recommend this property for your beach getaway.

My sister and I decided to rent this house instead of exchanging Christmas gifts with our boys ranging 9-12 years old and have ZERO regrets! The house was exactly as expected, the hosts were responsive, helpful and accommodating. The outdoor games were a blast and the optional golf cart rental was the highlight for us. It was so helpful that beach things were provided and certainly helped reducing the packing load for both families. Being from Texas and staying during December we knew it was luck of the draw with the weather. Needless to say we can confirm both the AC and the heater are up to par. We spent an entire day inside due to the wind/cold but between puzzles, games, TVs and naps we still had a fabulous day!
