Sea Bliss - 3 bedroom, 2 bath home that sleeps 8 - Easy Beach Access!

Sea Bliss is a beautiful 3BR/2BA beach retreat just steps from the sand—perfect for families or friend groups. Built in 2020, it sleeps 8 and features an open-concept layout, Smart TVs in every room, and a fully stocked kitchen with pod/ground coffee maker. The master suite includes a walk-in shower, dual closets, and a safe. Relax on the covered deck, rinse off in the outdoor shower, or enjoy the grill and picnic area downstairs. Max 4 vehicles. No parties. Rental agreement and ID required.

Self-check-in via keypad at agreed check-in time or access given. Our team is available via messaging or phone if assistance is needed during your stay.

Located in the Bluewater Subdivision of Crystal Beach, TX. Close to restaurants, shops, and golf cart rentals. The Bolivar Ferry offers easy access to Galveston for dining and attractions.

Guests have full access to the home, deck, and downstairs entertainment area. The home is located upstairs and accessible by stairs only. Contactless check-in is available anytime after 3 PM with a unique keypad code.

This 3-bedroom, 2-bath home features an open-concept living area, fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious master suite. Outdoor shower, charcoal grill, and a bar area are included for entertainment.

HOUSE RULES
VEHICLES , PARKING & PROPERTY: Tents, Campers and large trailers are not permitted. Vehicle limit at one point on property is 4. No fluid dripping vehicles.
ARRIVAL TIME: Check-in is at 3 p.m. If the home is available earlier, then we possibly can allow early entry.
DEPARTURE TIME: A firm Check-out time is at 11 a.m. on the scheduled day of your departure.
NON-SMOKING/VAPING VACATION RENTAL: There is no smoking or vaping in this house. Smoking is permitted downstairs only.
NEIGHBORLY ETIQUETTE/NOISE: Please be respectful and reduce music/people volume outside between 10:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m.
PET POLICY: Sorry, but no pets of any kind are allowed in the house.
OCCUPANCY LIMIT: The strict maximum capacity of 8 includes children.
OUTDOOR COOKING: No grilling/cooking on outside upper deck. This is a fire hazard and against a Galveston County ordinance.
AEROBIC TREATMENT SYSTEM: Do Not flush any feminine products, diapers, baby wipes or wet wipes of any kind.
NO PARTIES, PROMS OR FAMILY REUNIONS: The owner lives close and randomly checks up on vehicle and guest occupancy. There are plenty of homes in Crystal Beach where the property management/owners don't care. Rent from them if this doesn't work for you.
DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE OR TAKE OUTSIDE: Isn’t it sad that we have to add that

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: 25 Years of Age. Government ID is required to verify.

This house was fantastic! It seemed new and was very clean. They thought of everything, and had the place set up perfectly. There were plenty of dishes and cooking necessities for our group. The nice TVs in each room helped get all the kids to wind down in bed every night. The master shower is amazing after a hot day at the beach! We will definitely be back here!

Perfect family getaway

This was our second annual trip to Crystal Beach and this house and location will be our "go to" from now on. The owners are responsive and very accommodating. They provide all of the things that I have grown accustomed to bringing myself, think trash bags, dish soap, laundry pods, body wash, even coffee pods. The house is an easy walk to the beach with two kids under 6 and IF you happen to go during a tropical storm like we did,,, there is plenty of room for activities under the house with picnic tables and a grill.

Super clean and great communication

This was the cleanest beach house we have ever rented. It was impeccable! I appreciated that the cabinets were not loaded with previous guests’ leftovers and the house was uncluttered. The beach was just a quick walk. The beach itself was a bit underwhelming and dirty, but it was quiet and family friendly. We had a small issue with the thermostat, but Jerry arrived within 10 minutes of sending a message and fixed it right up. This property is well maintained and managed!

Wonderful family beach getaway!

Our family enjoyed our stay at the Sea Bliss and did not want to leave. This is a very clean, beautiful beach home well stocked with kitchen necessities and linens. The close beach access was definitely a bonus. The outdoor area is ideal for hanging out in the shade with two picnic tables, Weber grill and a nice private outdoor shower to rinse off after spending the day on the beach. The host provided all details in advance and was easily accessible if needed. This was a perfect getaway for our family!

Even better than expected

My daughter and I stayed at the Sea Bliss for an unusually lengthy time - 3 weeks. Not only was the property cleaner than expected, but the host was exceptional in communicating and providing us with a stay that felt like home away from home. What I loved most about the property in addition to its proximity to the beach: 1. hot water downstairs for rinsing off 2. simple, clean decor and easy to manage kitchen 3. vacuum cleaner provided to help with unwanted sand 4. clear process from beginning to end so that both guests and host could have a win/win experience. I will definitely stay here again and refer everyone I can to this or one of the neighboring properties. I am very grateful to have had such a wonderful experience here that helped my daughter and I bond because of the ease and comfort of this home. thank you!

Cleanest House at Crystal

We planned a fun girl’s getaway at this house and it was the most organized and cleanest house we have ever stayed in. My mom, sister and I have been going to Crystal Beach for many, many years and this house was great!! Everything was perfect for a quick getaway. I would recommend this house to anyone!

Everything was what I wanted close to the beach and Jerry was very nice and understanding.

Great view of the beach. I rented a golf car but you really don't need it because you are so close to the beach and the property had all you needed if you didn't want to go to the beach.

Gorgeous home! The pictures do not do it justice. Extremely clean and well kept. Lots of little things were provided within the home. Owner was very responsive and accommodating. Overall an excellent experience! Would definitely stay here again!!
