A cargo lift is available to help with carrying the gear to the 2nd floor. The ground floor patio is shaded and boasts a tiki bar, picnic table, grills (gas and charcoal) outdoor rinse-off shower, and is perfect for gathering with family and friends. The open-plan living area with beach style decor is a perfect spot to relax with family and friends. A leather L-shaped sofa and five chairs offer plenty of seating for eight. Screen your favorite films on the 55" Smart TV or grab a board game from the home's library for a night of friendly competition. A rotating library of books is also available to read, as you rest and recharge. Feel free to take one and leave one!

Soak up the Crystal Beach sunshine on the elevated balcony with several glimpses of the gulf, with seating for eight and sweeping views of the seaside Bolivar Peninsula neighborhood, and gaze nightly at the city lights of Galveston.

Hosting a barbecue is a breeze on the shaded ground-floor patio, where both a gas/charcoal combo grill and a Weber charcoal grill await. Mix the perfect cocktail at the tiki bar and dine at the built-in picnic table.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and every gadget you can imagine...from griddles to crock pots and more, to aide in preparing dinner for your group. Enjoy a casual meal at the dining table for six or take your meal out to the covered deck, where you can find additional seating for eight.

In the large master suite, you will find a king bed, Smart TV, dresser, desk w chair, closet, and en-suite bath with a walk-in shower. The spacious second bedroom includes a queen bed, Smart TV, dresser and closet with ample storage. In the closet you will find additional equipment for the little's: a pack-n-play, inflatable toddler bed and a booster highchair.

Kids will rush to claim their bunk in the third bedroom, with two twin-over-full bunks. Decorated in fun colorful patterns, this is the perfect cheery spot for sleepovers or streaming late-night movies on the Smart TV. An additional Q-size mattress is located in the closet.

An additional full bath is convenient to the second and third bedrooms. Keep your beach towels fresh with a stack washer/dryer tucked into the dedicated laundry space. You can park up to 3 vehicles in the driveway and complimentary Wi-Fi is provided. There is no cable at this property, so bring your personal codes for Hulu, Amazon Prime, Netflix, so you can enjoy streaming your favorite shows.

THE LOCATION

Bustling Crystal Beach offers 7 miles of gorgeous waterfront and is home to the famous Texas Crab Festival and Topless Jeep Weekend. Plan your visit for May to catch these celebrations of sun, sand, and the state's best crabbing.

With gulf beaches just 5-10 minutes by foot from your door, you can spend days splashing in the waves and evenings relaxing on your balcony.
