Fishing was good, house was not good
Publié le 30 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayDoor handle on one of the bedrooms kept falling off, there was water bottles and trash under one of the beds, trash on windowsills. Hair on towels and in sinks and showers. Food on kitchen counters. Neighbors dog kept coming over and pooping in the yard.

We are shocked to hear of this. We have always taken pride in our cleanliness. And as always we are available 24/7 during guest stays if something is found to be broken or dirty we can be there in less than 5 minutes to correct the issue.
Our apologies that you were not happy with the condition of the home. We will address the concerns.

Good times on the coast

Dirty
Publié le 14 nov. 2021 sur HomeAwayAside from the property being dirty, their is black mold on the ceiling on the 1st floor from a water heater leaking on the kitchen. Extremely disappointed and will never rent Macs Place again. Not sure who is managing the property but the job is not being done

We at Vic's Rentals pride ourselves on the cleanliness of our homes. We are available 24/7 to our in house guest. Our check in email clearly states....
**If you have any issues with the cleanliness or maintenance of our home we appreciate a phone call to see if we can possibly resolve the issue while you are here.**
A simple phone call could have very easily resolved this issue as we would have been more than happy to move you to another home. Also a phone call would have been great to know that the water heater was leaking. We manage 35 properties that we do not get to stay in. So we partly rely on the guests to let us know if something is broken or not working correctly. We do appreciate that this guest found the leak. The water heater is being replaced and we have tore out the downstairs ceiling to remove all of the mold. So this will not be an issue in the future.
Again if ever staying in one of our homes and there are ANY ISSUES just call us! We are right here in town and have no problems trying to make things right. Thank you.

Get away from it all

Downfall... If you take small children; Private Pier is not Kid Friendly.
Disappointed... They charge a $95.00 cleaning fee and place has cobwebs and Dusty. The bottom bedroom with the Bunk beds has a Stench smells; Humidifier might help.
An outdoor Hackammock at the bottom patio would had been a big PLUS

Fishing Getaway
