Air con was not working. Was reported to staff but no bothered to check or swap our rooms, dissapointing

Publié le 21 oct. 2023 sur HotelsWe love the Holiday Inn for it's family apartments, wonderful breakfasts, and of course, the pool! The one toilet didn't work when we first arrived, but maintenance came and got it functioning, though it continued to run. The housekeeping staff are always friendly.

The service was great. Any request from the room was quickly attended to. problems with my laptop connection to the wifi was easily handled. Overall, the customer care was exceptional.
Downside - bathroom tap was leaky and often dripped through the night. Bathroom design was a little weird and had to almost side sideways on the toilet.
