All the staff members we interacted with were nice and helpful. The pillows were marked soft and firm, and well the soft was definitely a smushy, feather-soft pillow! I had to use both to get to my prefered comfort level; I will bring my own next time. The room was very spacious, the King bed felt even bigger than at home. We also enjoyed the large variety of items at the breakfast buffet, especially the made to order coffee.

The room was ok the bathrooms were so out dated that I didn’t feel comfortable showering in the shower. The hot water would only get warm. When I checked in I was greeted with a lady with no shoes on, who then felt the need to school me on how I pay more by booking with Expedia.

Very Good Experience at Holiday Inn Express

Very clean, good sized room with a comfortable bed. Close to most things in the Spring Hill/ Brooksville area. Would stay there again when I’m in the area.
