I stayed in one of their private hot tub rooms and it was just what I needed - so relaxing. And the front desk staff was incredibly accommodating and kind from the moment I walked in the door, to me and my dog (no pet rent at this hotel, btw). However, the Monday night bartender at Bacchus (the reason I'm not giving the staff 5 stars) was incredibly rude and patronizing in a way that I'm guessing he would not have been had I been a bit younger and a bit thinner. But the awesome front desk staff, the privacy of the room and the lovely view from the hot tub more than made up for the crappy bartender.

The room was beautiful, the tub was phenomenal, the bar and bar manager was great! He was hilarious and attentive, his service was great. Cece was kind and inviting at the front desk and I appreciated the check up text! Check out was easy, but we had to wait for valet for literally an hour to get the cars… I had to reschedule my client which also pushed back all my other appointments resulting in loss of income for me. The coffee was out and we were told where the nearest coffee shop was instead the staff just refilling the coffee pot. No one offered and type of explanation or reimbursement for the costly valet experience that way very apparent. The hotel itself was beautiful but the customer service at the end was inexcusable.

Highlight if our stay was definitely dinner at their restaurant Il Solito. Staff was very helpful and accommodating.
