The sheets on both beds had dry blood spots. It was dead bug in the windowsill and trash behind the night stand. Also, tons of dust around the tv. Other than these few issues, everything else was fine.

The pool made up for everything!

I was a bit aggravated that, upon check-in, my credit card used to pay on Hotels.com was not on file at the hotel and they had no record of me already paying on the website. Because of this, it took up bit longer for me to get to the room and get ready to go have dinner at the on-site bar and grill. Initially, I let it go because I understand that s#!t happens. However, when I was interrupted from my much needed weekend prolonged slumber at 7:30am on a Saturday, from a front desk phone call, because I needed to verify my card information AGAIN, I was quite displeased! This set my weekend off to an agitated state. After eating a much earlier than planned breakfast, I decided to calm myself with a swim. The pool area was very tranquil and calming. Luckily there was no one else, especially loud children, present. This made for a very peaceful and relaxing swim. The area was designed very well with a drop ceiling instead of concrete, which made the acoustics much better than other hotel indoor pools that I’ve experienced. No annoying, unpleasant constant echoing as with other establishments. I would, and probably will stay here again. I just hope to not be awoken too early again…

We did enjoy our stay BUT our room never was cleaned the 3 nights we were there. Housekeeper did come around on Sunday afternoon BUT inly cleaned the room next door and started cleaning around 3, making so much noise even a babyy couldn't sleep. Ladybugs in the room were awful. The walls were so thin you literally could hear everything from the room beside you. The local bar is attached to the hotel which was good fiod BUT the locals just park how they want which i feell is very disrespectful. Also at check-in we we were not told the back door does not work so we unloaded our belongings to have to reload. If nothing is available we would stay here again but i like to enjoy the quite of a room when on vacation.

We were here for a funeral and had driven all morning. I had asked if could check-in early before going to the service, and they were very accommodating. Clean and comfortable room.

When we arrived and got checked in, we had to go back downstairs to the clerk twice due to the key not being set up. Then when we walked in there was a cockroach right in the bathtub. I called down to the manager and she didn’t believe me. Until I told her I had pictures. There were some holes in the ceiling from the water damage. The 2nd room was no better. No sheets on one of the beds. Hopefully they get these things resolved. There never was any apology or anything. Just the $260 bill for 2 days.
