Terrible Stay – Do Not Recommend
I had one of the worst experiences staying here. First off, the pool was closed — in the middle of summer — which was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel in the first place. On top of that, my belongings went missing during my stay. I never let anyone into my room, yet when I reported it, the staff brushed it off and told me it wasn’t their fault that I “misplaced” something. That was insulting and extremely unhelpful.
To make matters worse, they refused to offer any kind of refund, discount, or even a gesture of goodwill for the issues I went through. The staff’s attitude was dismissive, and instead of helping, they made the situation even more frustrating. I also reached out to the site I booked through, and they were just as unhelpful.
Overall, I felt like I wasted my money and time. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. If something goes wrong here, don’t expect them to care or do anything to make it right.
One star — only because zero isn’t an option.
