En voyage professionnel, la chambre est très bien, propre et tout à fait fonctionnelle; le Wifi est un peu poussif, mais au moins il est gratuit... Localisation pas trop éloignée des principales artères et restaurants...

Air con switched off to save money, room was incredibly hot. Breakfast was well cooked but cold

Thank you for taking the time to feedback on the hotel, I am sorry that your stay was not to our usual high standard. We aim to ensure that any issues are resolved while the guest is in the hotel and we have a duty manager on every shift to raise any issues with. I have passed on your feedback about the breakfast to our Restaurant Manager for him to take the necessary action.

The bed was really comfy. Breakfast was tasty. Leah, in reception was very helpful.

The service was affected by system being down causing unnecessary issues with the booking. Carpet had permanent dark stains which should be dealt with for a branded hotel
