What the Hell for this price!!!!

Les photos sont tres belle mais ne reflete plus l;es chambre et l exterieur de la propriete. le chaufage ne functionne pas ils vous laisse avec un petit chauffage d'appoint qui est tres bruillant et ils y avait un chien dans la chambre pardessus la mienne et il jouait avec une canne ou bouteille d'eau... les plancher sont en plancher flottant donc tres bruillant. ils y avait un jours pour voire a l'exterieur de la chambre au traves la porte d'entre. J,ai aviser le personelles et ils m'ont dit qui n'y avait pas de chien a l'etage au dessus de moi... de la verminne alors ... si vous avez le choix prenez les autre hotel.. bon sejours

On dirait que cet hôtel est peu entretenu. Il y a un balcon mais il n’est pas attirant car on y trouve des fiantes d’oiseaux et les fenêtres sont sales. L’aspect de la chambre est désuet, il n’y avait pas de chaises, les meubles étaient délabrés et la propreté laissait à désiré sans compter l’odeur de vieux tapis. Déçue, je m’attendais à un peu plus niveau propreté et confort.

Grand hotel passable a Prince Rupert

Pour : Confort
Contre : Reparer les fenêtre. Mieux préciser que la vue n'est pas directement sur l'eau.
Emplacement : Cinema, casino, Cow Bay, Centre ville.
Réceptionniste absente à l'arrivée et au départ. J'ai du attendre. Restaurant à déjeuner seulement. Brunch bon. Chambre confortable. Une de mes fenêtres était cassée. J'ai commandé une chambre avec vue sur l'eau, la vue était discutable.

City water was not clean,hotel didn't sully in room clean water for drinking and.for coffee making machine,only one . Paper cup for coffee,phoned front desk for water,they wants me uto come down to front desk pick up water,on demand they give us three bottle of water,then next dsy we have no room drinking water and to bree coffee.On loading zone guest park there vehicles that area no room to park car to losd our luggage .Next to hotel building is construction new building lots mess,also under groud parking of hot e l building floor concrete loose and pot hole only few parking was available, hotel staff using for themself.

Dirty-Toilet, bath/shower, towels, floors and bed were all dirty. Toilet clearly hasn’t been cleaned, large spills on the floor that hadn’t been mopped up, shower curtain was dirty, hair and old soap scum all through the shower, white towels were stained, bed look like it was just remade as the sheets were all wrinkled. The bathroom wall was damaged and the bathroom outlet didn’t work. The tub has a large soft spot that felt like you were going to fall through. The front desk staff were easy to check in with and when the elevator quit working they were instantly on having it repaired. The rooms are a little more modern but the cleaning was terrible.

It was great and convenient for a night. They were working on a section outside my given hotel room, so a bit notice and messy. But everything else was great.
