Our stay was great, staff is friendly, the restaurant and cave bar have great food and it’s relatively close to the airport. There were only a couple reasons for the 4 star review which were I had to call for towels/washcloths a couple times; after the room was cleaned, they were not replaced. Also the concierge was great in helping us with a couple excursions but in looking to go to north and middle Caicos they said they had to look into this and asked to give them an hour to explore options and they would give us a call. They didn’t call back until an hour before the excursion was to leave the next morning. Also get trip insurance because if you miss a day they will not work with you. Overall a nice secluded place to stay.

The staff was incredibly friendly, and Orlando went above and beyond—he was so knowledgeable and gave us amazing recommendations around the island. The attention to detail is truly impressive; they remembered our names right away and made us feel so welcome. The hotel itself is stunning, beautifully designed, and extremely clean. We will definitely be recommending Rock House to everyone and can’t wait to come back!
