Roof was neglected for sure, the TV was annoying to operate, the phone in the room did not work, there was no body wash (empty), the hair dryer was filthy with some kind of sticky mess where you would hold it, we had to clean it to use it. This hotel definitely was not worth what was charged. Never going there again.

The housekeeping was non-existent after 10-days, they visited 3 times- once to give us new towels, one clean, and one basic room service. Once, they covered the bed while leaving everything underneath in shambles.

My husband and I really enjoy staying at this property. We know it will be clean and the staff is very friendly and helpfu! The only thing I would suggest is better pillows. :)

After 8 days, our room had only been visited for basic housekeeping twice. Additionally, the pool and fire pit are out of commission. Finally, the bed is a bowl. It’s been slept on so much, you roll into the center.
