Beach getaway for amazing vacation in Punta Cana

Summary:

This beautiful and modern apartment is located at the heart of Bavaro, and only a 30 seconds walk to the white sandy beach of Los Corales and a 2-minute walk to restaurants, bars, supermarket and pharmacy.



The distribution is cozily designed, with a spacious living room, that includes a sofa-bed, integrated with dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and a balcony so you can rest and enjoy your stay.



The Space:

This apartment has all the comfort and space you will need for your beach vacation at Punta Cana. The master bedroom has a Queen size bed and en-suite bathroom, the secondary room also has a Queen size bed and a full guest bathroom that serves both the secondary room and guests. Double size sofa bed in the living room, that is integrated with dining room and fully equipped kitchen, ready for you to show your culinary skills with all utensils and appliances you will need during your stay. Smart TV’s (living room and bedrooms), fast Internet connection, AC in all rooms, as well as ceiling fans, hair dryer, clothing steamer, efficient sound proofing, safety box, blackout curtains and, of course, linens so you don’t have to bring anything from home, are some of the amenities available for the guests.



The residential has 24 hour security and surveillance cameras.



Electricity is NOT included in the rate. The cost of energy is approx. US$0.40 per Kw/h. If you use the A/C at night only, you can assume the following costs per day:



2 bedrooms - US$17.00 per day

3 bedrooms - US$21.00 per day



All guests will be charged a security deposit of US$300.00. This deposit can be paid in cash or through a credit card hold. This deposit is used to cover any damages caused to the apartment during the stay or unpaid bills left by the client. THIS DEPOSIT WILL BE REIMBURSED 2 DAYS AFTER CHECK OUT if all bills are paid and the apartment does not have any damages.

Let's not forget our incredible Beach Club! Located right on the beach at a prime location, just a short walking distance away, this beach club is a dream come true. It is the epitome of a tropical beach getaway, featuring 2 floors, with an infinity pool on the second floor, fusion cuisine on the second floor and Italian on the first, with a wide variety of cocktails and drinks for even the most discerning traveler.

Our beach club offers free chaise lounges to all our guests, with a minimum consumption of US$15.00 per adult.
