Nice large flat with a nice balcony in a small complex with a pool. Easy Walk to the beach.The flat has all the equipment to cook.We had a really good time.

Awful experience!

Transportation from airport to VRBO not pre-arranged as promised. After searching for our driver in the rain, we took a cab to the condo.The key code was incorrect! By the time we got to the VRBO, it was midnight. We were two single women in a foreign country, and had no way to access the condo: the person at the desk did not speak English, Spanish or French (he was non-communicative - I suspect he had a learning disability). Our host said the person at the desk would help us upon our arrival.We turned the data on on a cellphone (16). The host did not answer texts, WhatsApp nor telephone calls from us.The cab driver had given us his card, so we called him and he returned to the condo. We asked him to take us to a hotel and he said there were no hotels opened at this hour. I asked him to call our host, which he did. The host answered the phone (for the cabdriver, but not for us - the renters!) and gave us a new key code for the condo (we asked him to change it because there were strangers (men) in listening area of the call and we felt unsafe. My friend tried the new key code while the cabdriver remained on the phone with the host.Water was not supplied as promised. Yes, it is easy enough to get; but not at midnight!The place was disgustingly dirty!! I don't know that it's ever been cleaned in the recent past, and I suspect it was not cleaned between users.Major construction on either side of building was not disclosed!After being there for only four days (and w

Arena Village - nice spot!

Very nice condo and except for the construction during the day, and we were at the beach, it was very quiet. Close to good restaurants and markets for supplies. We just made a few breakfasts of eggs and toast, but all the utensils, pots/pans, appliances were provided. A few minor issues, but host and property manager were very responsive and helpful.

Super host, nice condo

We stayed for 35 days in that condo. On the second floor (have elevator) well located in a quiet area. Plenty of space, well equipped and clean. Towells and beach towells included. Walking distance to the beach is about 10 minutes and about 12-15 minutes to restaurants and bars. Easy to travel to the grocery stores by bus (50 pesos) or using the poppies service (300 pesos). Very good restaurants surrounding the area such as Napolis, A Casa di Lorenzo, La Bruja, Citrus and Kat’s corner. Little grocery store within walking distance (12 min). the host is very nice and make all efforts to provide whatever is missing or needed to make sure you have a nice vacation.
