If you are looking for a more local life experience, this is the spot for you. Cozy apartment ideal for a couple or a solo traveler located in a safe and warm neighborhood in BĂĄvaro. Comfortably equipped with strong WiFi, workspace, warm water, AC in the bedroom, electricity, essentials, access to the condominium pool, and parking.
Restaurants, shops, and laundry are all within walking distance. The beach is thirty minutes on foot and about seven minutes by car/bus/moto-taxi from the apartment.
As in most of the corners of BĂĄvaro, the condominium is located in an avenue where you'll find tourists and locals alike. Right outside of the condominium you can take a bus, or a moto-taxi towards the beach and/or touristic areas near the beach. You can also safely move around on foot in the neighborhood to find a wide range of stores and services available.
In the condominium, you'll also have the chance to see tourists and locals renting other properties; all in all, great folks in a very safe environment.
