This vacation home is located on the third floor, 592 sq. ft. Condo, comes fully furnished and well equipped. This is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo. There is a fully equipped kitchen, living room, balcony, twin bed ( sleep one), sofa bed (doble bed), complete with A/C and TV.
Maximum capacity 5 people.
Please notes that electricity is not included in the rental rate. The meter will be read at check-in and check out and you will have 24 hours access to it. For this reason we require a cash electricity deposit of 100US$.

There is a beautiful swimming pools in the residencial in the tropical garden and a BBQ area to enjoy a nice Coco Loco with family or friends.
Is ideally situated across the street from the popular white sandy Bavaro beaches, an easy 6-7 minute walk away. Within a 2- 15 minute walk rental guests have numerous dining and shopping options like those offered in Turquesa, and El Dorado Plazas, as well as 5 other public beach (bar/ restaurant) access. There is a launderette just a few minutes walk away.
These neighborhood amenities collectively consist of a modern grocery store, pharmacy, bakery, money exchange, ATM machines, car rental, mini markets, sports bar/ grill with billiard tables, spas, salons, and numerous international cuisines restaurants. The Punta Cana International Airport, Punta Cana Village, and 9 championship golf courses are all within a 5-20 minute drive away.
