We loved the location and the property views and surroundings. We had stayed there 5 years ago, and since then, the hotel has had huge improvements in service and staff. Everything was fast and professional, from check-in, to room service and check out. Very friendly and helpful staff. The Wakatipu Grill restaurant has good food options. The rooms are tidy and comfortable, however, the only thing I would change is the duvet on the bed, that had fitted corners, which is not our personal preference and affects our comfort. But it is too minor. The hotel also has a ski hire spot which we didn't know about. We will make sure to use it next time. We would definitely go back.

Absolutely loved our stay here. Beautiful and luxurious resort with breathtaking views of Lake Wakatipu. Staff were great from the porters service through to the restaurant staff. Truly 5 star, can't wait to go back again.
