Place to stay when in Costa Rica

Amazing place. We love Johnney, our concierge, as she took care of us like family. The restaurants were great. We cannot wait to be back with the new pool!

Marina was great. Plenty of great food options, specially FDA on the lower lever for breakfast. It’s a 10 minutes walk to town and taxis are always available.

Dear Kamran,I regret the initial setback we encountered. I understand your disappointment regarding the early check-in policy. Please note that we implement a 100 fee for early check-ins due to the potential loss of accommodating another guest during that time.Unfortunately, your arrival coincided with a period following a building issue a broken pipe that caused villa flooding and door damage.Subsequent to your departure, we hosted two more guests, both without any reported concerns regarding odors or door damage. The villa was fully operational and provided a comfortable stay for them. I am genuinely sorry to learn about your unsatisfactory experience during your stay.In an effort to ameliorate the situation, we extended a 10% refund of your payment, aiming to demonstrate our goodwill. It is regrettable that this gesture did not meet your expectations.While we strive for excellence in our service, occasional challenges may arise. Your feedback is invaluable to us. Nonetheless, it is important to highlight that despite offering a refund, your dissatisfaction prompted a rare low rating for us, impacting our business adversely.We are deeply committed to ensuring our guests leave with positive experiences and cherished memories, yearning to return to our villas.
