Very loud location , lack of common hotel amenities such as in room coffee maker, weak WiFi, no acceptable dining options nearby.

The furniture in our suite was in terrible shape. It looked like it came from a second hand shop. The bar height table was so wobbly it was difficult to use for work. I asked for a different room and that table was just as bad. I think tightening the screws would help a great deal. In my son's adjoining room, the bed cover was yellow rather than bright white. This place needs great deal of maintenance.
