Bon hôtel pour partir en excursion.
Publié le 12 oct. 2018 sur HotelsPoints positifs : hôtel récent, propre, calme et bien insonorisé, parking gratuit. Localisation pratique à 20 mn de la Nouvelle Orléans et permettant de partir en excursion vers le golfe du Mexique.
Point négatif : personnel froid. Séjour de 2 nuits : la femme de ménage frappe vigoureusement à 8h00 du matin (on est en vacances !), on libère à 9h00 mais elle ne fait pas la chambre !?

When i got to my room, i noticed the room hadnt been cleaned prior to my arrival. Used towels on the bathroom floor, food in the garbage and bed wasnt made. I was too exhausted to go back down to the front desk and get another room.

Staff was super friendly and property was clean. However, the ac unit in our room was not working. Front desk was accommodating & moved me to another room. Unfortunately the ac unit in that room did not work as well and the room was freezing making it extremely difficult to sleep. A little disappointed about the stay, although it was not the front desks fault.

Excellent Stay.
Publié le 14 févr. 2024 sur HotelsThis is a very nice Holiday Inn. I stay in alot of them and this was one of the best. Service was excellent. My only complaint I have is that Holiday Inns are not pet friendly. I have a 10lb Dog. I take her pretty much everywhere when I am traveling. I keep items with me to make sure she has a place to potty. I take her outside regularly and she indicates to me all the time. Other than that. Perfect.
