Great front desk staff; very amenable, personable, friendly, and attentive. I always love my stay at Hyatt Place Durham Southpoint - it is my preferred hotel in the area. The rooms are always clean, warm, and cozy. The lobby and surrounding areas are always spotless, and the staff is always professional! Five stars!
