Thank you for your kind words about the property and the service you received from the team at Greenday Vacation Rentals. I'm sorry for the "minor bug problem" you experienced during your stay. The unit was sprayed prior to your arrival which can sometimes result in a bug or two coming out of the woodwork to expire. To be on the safe side, we are having the unit treated again, this week.

At Greenday Vacation Rentals we pride ourselves on the exceptional level of service we provide our guests, that said, it's hard for us to respond to a problem if we don't know it exists. While we're truly sorry that the AC stopped working during your stay, had we known of the situation when you discovered it, we would have fixed it immediately. This guest informed us that they were having difficulty with the NEST Smart Thermostat on Thursday but at the same time said that they hadn't needed to use it because the weather had been so pleasant. We offered to come over immediately to help them with it which they declined but said we could stop by the next day. The next day happened to be the guests' last night with us and the Friday before Easter but once we realized the problem was not the thermostate but instead the HVAC system, we immediately scheduled emergency/overtime/holiday service. However, thinking it too much of a disruption on a Friday evening, the guest declined the service. Rest assured, the system is up and running beautifully now. As for the "few cockroaches"... the wonderful thing about living in the desert is that there is such an abundance of wildlife but, given half a chance, wildlife will walk right in to your home if you let it. Had we known about the AC issue earlier in the week, we could've fixed it, the doors would have remained closed...and the wild life would've stayed outdoors. Mission Hills is a vast gated community with several thousand homes, a Westin Resort, 5 tournament golf courses, 2 tennis clubs, countless swimming pools, and a private member's only country club. The private club manages 3 golf courses and 1 tennis club...the rest is available to anyone wishing to use them. We are sorry if you were ever given the impression that staying in one of the condos in Mission Hills gave you access to the private country club. We do hope that you will stay with us again and give us the opportunity to demonstrate that Greenday Vacation Rentals provides an unparalleled level of service to our guests, once they let us know there is a problem!
