Poor maintenance of building, no lobby area so very loud people coming in/out of halls late. Overpowering smell of cleaning products in room & hallway. Ended up checking out early(after 7 hours) due to all conditions listed.

This hotel is not even worth $50 a night. It’s a landlords special, with layers and layers of paint on top of everything. The mattresses feel like a toddlers mattress, the pillows are half the size of regular ones and are awful, and the bedding was grossly stained all over the place. The water got warm at best, not hot, the air conditioning was hot, not cold, the door didn’t shut all the way, and the bathroom door got stuck and locked us in. TV channels were limited and didn’t align with their “reference guide,” the place smelt awful, and the other guests were loud. Do not recommend, no matter how desperate you are.

The only good thing was the girl at reception,, she was friendly,, room smelt like there was dead rodent in air conditioner/heat unit,, bathroom sink would fill up with water and not drain,,, same with bathtub,,, could not turn on fan,, it would screech,,, towels were well worn,,, breakfast looked disgusting so didn’t even try,, staff in dining area never said hello,, looked grumpy,,, ,, coffee machine in hallway,,, nothing about this place was good,,, I did read ratings and reviews before booking this place and it seemed okay,,,, for almost 500 Canadian,,, I would definitely expect better

For this level of hotel room, it was clean, no smell and we could get a hot cup of coffee and sausage & egg muffin for breakfast. Very good location if your going to the Patriots football game 25 minutes away. We did a two night stay and it was fine.

Upon check in a strong cigarette odor was present, I went and made the clerk aware of this and the next day they brought an ozone machine to remedy the situation. This was a temp fix until the tenants (they were living there) in the room next to us started smoking again (this is a non smoking facility). Additionally, this is an old motel that has been very poorly updated and maintained. On top of that the floors in the room were sticky and we could not walk in there barefoot due to all the dirt that would stick to our feet. Gross.

The room floor was sticky dirty and we had to mop it up by rag to get it so our feet wouldnt stick. The room itself was relatively clean otherwise. Everything older. Located right on main drag which is good or bad depending on your perspective. Noisy all around us. Probably wouldnt stay there again.

Good hotel but noisy neighbors

Room was clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy, but good. Lady at front desk was very friendly and helpful. Only complaint is that the people in the room next door were extremely noisy until 3 a.m. -- shouting, making loud noises, slamming their front door.
