It's a decent hotel, the breakfast is good. Our room was freezing cold and it took until midnight to warm it up and we must have had an older room, the water pressure wasn't great and the shower head didn't work well.

This place is poorly built. I visit hotels everywhere in Alberta and use Expedia. I know hotels.No carpet- laminate flooring. This place is built like a 1971 park model trailer. I could hear people walking, stomping, talking above my room, thru the walls, and below. Ridiculous. I am also a single guy- staying alone. I checked in alone and was placed on the 2nd floor with children’s hockey teams. It’s not rocket science to place a single tenant away from obviously loud neighbours. This room cost me close to $200 and I would have been better off in a rat infested hotel somewhere else in red deer.

Cleanliness was great. The staff were outstanding. Checked on us via cellphone when we were expectantly late to ensure we were okay and still coming! Night clerk was so helpful and understanding when we finally showed up. Kudos to the whole staff.
