Doors look like people tried to break into them. Some doors don’t even work. No body wash! No hot water! No heat! Plus the light outside our window was so bright we couldn’t sleep. Not to mention you have to pay for breakfast. What a joke! Worst stay ever!!!! Definitely will not be staying here ever again!!!

Stayed at hotel after medical procedure. Check in was smooth and quick. The room was clean and well appointed. And even though the room faced a busy freeway the noise was minimal. The only concern about the room was although we loved the shower and and the great waterfall amount of water coming out of the shower head, it seems to be lacking the conservation of water we should all be observing. The room came with breakfast and it was a joy. The wait staff were friendly and helpful, and the choices and quality of the fare were very good. Definitely would stay here again.

Front desk said I had no reservations, then I showed her confirmation text. Then she said I have to hav confirmation email, which I then showed her. She took about ten minutes then said I already checked in to my room. I assured her I am not checked in. Although she already had my Id in hand. She called somebody's room and ask them if they were me. He obviously wasnt me, then she took another ten or so minutes and gave me the room. She was very willing and trying to get me to leave withouth checking in. It was late and i need to be up early, but I had to waste at least 20 minutes for a 2 minute check in. The next guest seemed to have similar issues and was being turned away when she also had a reservation.
