We had a couple of head count changes after booking and Angela responded qucikly and was super accomodating. The house was as presented and everything was clean. A cute place to spend a couple of weeks waiting to close on our new home.
We had a very pleasant stay at this property and would absolutely consider returning. The home was clean, bright, and very open, which made it comfortable to spend time in throughout the weekend. Everything was well-maintained, and the space had everything we needed for our stay, which made it easy to settle in right away. The location was easy to find, and the parking was convenient. One small thing to be aware of is that the mailbox sits fairly close to the driveway, so if you are pulling in two cars, it can be a little tight, and you may need to pull a mirror in to avoid it. It was not a problem once we noticed it, just something future guests may want to keep in mind.Inside, the rooms were very nice, and the bedding was clean and comfortable. Overall, the home felt welcoming and thoughtfully prepared for guests. We had a wonderful stay and appreciated how smooth and comfortable the experience was from arrival through departure.
I was home visiting family for my 50th birthday and the house was centered between all of them perfectly. Easy to get to with the ability to avoid Sparks Blvd and Vista at peak traffic times and minutes away from great parks, trails, and off leash open space for my dog at the Disc Open Space.
It should be clarified when it says it can sleep 6, that means 3 couple in 3 bedrooms. My fault for not looking closer. Luckily a member of our party had to back out of the trip so it all worked out. During the booking I asked if we could use the garage. We were told yes. The day arrived we got there and they had a new property manager and he said the garage was not available. I told him that was not problem for us for we needed to secure expensive equipment and did not want to lug into the home. I pointed him to the messages during the booking process and granted us an exception. So 5 stars for him!
We stayed for a week over Thanksgiving. The house was very nice. Master bedroom with private bathroom and two smaller bedrooms. All beds were very comfortable. Nice high quality linens and blankets. Made for very comfortable nights! The location was mentioned in some previous reviews as not very nice, but we were fine with it. Neighbors were very quiet, even though one seems to be a bit of a driveway hoarder :)Itâs close to some busy roads, but there was zero traffic noise. Even with all of the hot-rods and Harleyâs in Reno. We used to live in Reno and this area close to Sparks Blvd and Baring Blvd is very convenient when it comes to getting around town. Short drive to the freeway on ramp. Very close to grocery and gas station. The yard wasnât the greatest, but we werenât there for the yard. There were some minor issues with cleanliness. Dust under bed and such. But it was otherwise pretty clean. Plenty of nice towels and bathroom amenities. Kitchen had plenty of items we needed. It was a nice size and comfortable for cooking and eating. Dining and sitting area was very nice. Only complaint is the patio door had no window treatments so neighbors could easily look in when dark. Iâd recommend the host putting up a rod and curtain. Separate sitting / TV area was very comfortable for 5 or 6 to sit and watch TV and dining table behind for games or eating. I really liked the layout of the home. Host was very responsive and local.
