Do not come here!!! We reserved and paid on Expedia 1 room for 2 adults but when we arrived, very rude owner requested $20 euros extra or go somewhere else. He took our baggage out of the room and said get out or pay! Room did not have A/C and was poorly overall.

The service and kindness of the people were nice BUT there is a business problem. Although I have already paid, they made me pay again in cash and without receipt alleging that they are not paid by you (hotels.com) They just told me to contact you to get my money back. I had no option. The only other one was to be left out in the street. When I booked with you I reported a suspicious message from the structure. Apparently you didn't do anything. I wonder how many others you lead to this trap.
