Pas de service la nuit, les clients ont cognés aux portes du gardien sans réponse et ca réveillé les clients !!! Pas possible de dormir.

Très décevant

Séjour horrible ,chambre très sale , sol qui colle , matelas pour les enfants taché, une chaise pour 4 , personnel absent régulièrement à la réception , porte qui ne fonctionne pas toujours, traces des précédents occupants dans la salle de bain et j'en passe .... Je ne recommande pas cet endroit qui ressemble plus à un dortoir d'autoroute qu'à un hôtel 😮‍💨

Initially they gave me a room which was not clean then moved to a different room which was smelling. Some old furniture or some kind smell. It was very high and It was unbearable. Also my room is exactly near to trash which is more inconvenient. Will never stay here or suggest anyone to stay.

Reservation was all wrong in their system. Took 45 minutes to check in. Took 3 tomes to get right room. Marijuana could be smelled. Loud kids playing on balcony living there. I will mot stay there again. Staff was nice though but would tske care of others while making me wait during my problem x 4. Which i thought it was rude.
