WARM Weather! WARM Water! Beautiful Sunsets! You'll be in a Caribbean Tropical Paradise staying at Casa Palma! Located in the private gated community of Puerto Bahia, steps away from one of the best beaches in Rincon, Puerto Rico. Right in the heart of the Rincon Marina where you can walk to amazing restaurants, get a fresh juice, sign up for diving, snorkeling, sailing tours and many other water sport activities. Just a couple minutes drive from world class surfing spots or Rincon town.
The location of this clean, cool, modern tropical house will have you coming back year after year. Vaulted ceilings through out the house, with AC's in all bedrooms and livingroom, free Wi-Fi, smart TV's with cable, and full kitchen. The large master bedroom has its own attached bathroom, walk in closet and TV. French doors open up to the private patio where you can sit and relax, rain or shine, day or night, under the UV protective glass with an outdoor shower and BBQ. Has beach chairs and beach towels. This is your slice of paradise for the time you are staying at the CASA PALMA in beautiful Rincon, Puerto Rico!!!

This is a Private home not a hotel, no parties or events unless discussed ahead of time. Violation of this will result in extra charges and being asked to leave the property without a refund.

No smoking inside the house.

Pool area closes at 6pm. All children under 12 needs to be with an Adult at all times in pool area.

Guest access
Let yourself in with the keyless pad lock entry and have access to the whole house. (except for the two locked housekeeping closets in the hallway and second bedroom)

You will have a Key and Code for the beach gate and Keys for the pool area. Pool Area is for house guests only! Absolutely no parties or events, violation of this will result in being asked to leave the property with no refund.

Other things to note
Landscaping maintenance may occur Saturdays or Sundays between 11am-3pm. Tenants will be notified an hour before arrival.

Gem in Rincon

The location of this property was perfect. It was only 5 minute walk to the beach and restaurants and a five minute drive to the town square. The property itself was clean and well maintained. The green porch area was perfect for the evenings. We felt safe in the gated community. Check in was super easy as well.

Great stay !

Very pleasant 6 week stay! Kohl accommodated any request we had ! We have stayed in this community before in another home! Love the area and the people we have met in the neighborhood! As per usual with wear and tear, pots & pans need updating! It would be nice to have cushioned seats outside, we enjoy being outdoors ! The porch is like having another room! The Coqui’s are very lively in the evening, which we enjoy! Looking forward to our stay in 2024!

Great place to stay close to beach

We highly enjoyed our stay! The host was very helpful prior, during and after us being there. Amenities were available and housekeeping was great. She even brought us coconuts because she heard our son talking about wanting to break one open. So sweet. The house had everything we needed to make our own meals, lounge inside or out, and have an awesome vacation. Thanks!!

Perfect accommodations in paradise!

Accommodations and communication with Kohl was flawless. Wonderful, clean rental with very nice extras including 4 beach chairs, umbrella, kids beach toys, gas grill and new clothes washer and dryer. Kohl was available immediately with answers to any questions we had. He was a pleasure to work with.

Kohls place was the most perfect stay for our month long PR vacation. The place has everything you could need, including your own washer/dryer (I was stoked about this lol) and the location is unbeatable! Great spot near the beach
