Where do I begin? We arrived and were showed to our room which was on the ground floor The room was literally on a super busy street. You can hear people walking by talking sitting next to the hotel cars driving by sounded like you were literally sitting on the street. But the worst part was, it was infested with mosquitoes. We got bitten all over within first 30 minutes of being inside the room, all day offered was bug spray and a buzzer to walk around the room and to kill the mosquitoes. as soon as you open the door into the room, those mosquitoes right outside the room and a bunch inside. We asked them to switch our rooms. They said there was no availability. We said we can’t possibly stay in the room due to the mosquito infestation. We took our belongings and left within the first 45 minutes of being in the room and they did not want to give any refund. Please do yourself a favor and book any other hotel.

Great but personally impacted
The hotel for the most part is great. For me however, I have an issue any place where I am asked to put used toilet paper in a trash can. I suffer from **a disease** where this kind of situation may result in a degradation of my health. Other than that, outstanding and a good bargain.
