I been there 3 other times before. I always reserved the same type of room . For my surprise this last reservation the room was much smaller than the other times I stayed there. The pillows was very hard. I had to call to switch them. The shower was bad the water jet went to everywhere but myself . I guess this was the last time I stayed there.

Service is brutal! Asked for an iron. NO! use the paid service. No towels left by housekeeping. Took two hours and three calls to get towels. Food at the buffet is not great but lots of it. Hotel is understaffed at the front desk. Check out was horrible. Could not just drop key cards. Had to wait in line 20 minutes just to check out.
